Leadership Reading

Without LEAN Leadership, the technical practice of LEAN falls apart.  LEAN Leadership is sometimes referred to as Servant Leadership.  It is leading with humility and doing so in an authentic way.

The ability to lead with humility and to serve others develops over time; each leader figures this out for him/herself with the help of role models and guidance.

Many books have influenced my understanding of what it means to lead authentically and with humility.  I’d like to share those books with you.
