The practice of Lean Leadership is commonly referred to as Servant Leadership. I think that leaders might come to understand what this phrase embodies by means of different paths. I welcome that diversity.
For me, the revelation is through the Orthodox Christian Church, its Theology, and its Practice. To me, Servant Leadership IS the Orthodox Way of Life applied in the world.
In my pursuit of a MTh degree from TAHOS, I was asked to deliver a retreat as part of the program requirement. I have been asked to make that material available for others.
